A note on what a website can answer
General information about a treatment is not the same as advice about your treatment. Eligibility, product choice and dosing are clinical decisions that require an in-person evaluation.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. This website and the practice inbox are not monitored as emergency services.
Frequently asked questions
Where are you located?
Two appointment-only offices: 7 North Broad St, Lower Level Suite #4, Ridgewood, NJ 07450 in Bergen County, and 351 Union Boulevard, Totowa, NJ 07512 in Passaic County.
Who will treat me?
Nada Hannawi, DNP, WHNP-BC, a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She handles consultation, treatment and follow-up personally at both locations — there are no rotating injectors.
Do you take walk-ins?
No. Both locations are appointment-only, and requested times are confirmed by the practice before your visit.
Is an online request a confirmed appointment?
No. The form sends a request. The practice contacts you afterwards to coordinate the date, time and location. Please wait for that confirmation before travelling.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. Every new treatment plan begins with an individual consultation covering goals, relevant history, prior treatments, risks, alternatives and whether the requested service is appropriate.
Can I be treated on the same day as my consultation?
Sometimes, but it is never assumed. Whether same-day treatment is appropriate depends on the assessment, the treatment and your history.
What is the difference between Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau?
They are three separate prescription botulinum toxin products with different formulations, approved indications and dosing language. Units are not interchangeable one-for-one between them.
How long do results last?
It varies by treatment, product, area and individual. Nada gives you a realistic expectation for the specific product used rather than a general figure taken from marketing material.
What should I not put in the booking form?
Leave out medical history, diagnoses, medications, photographs and insurance details. The public form is for scheduling only; clinical intake is handled separately and securely.
What should I bring to a first appointment?
An accurate list of medications and supplements, allergies, relevant medical conditions, details of prior injectable treatments and any recent or planned dental work.
Will you ever tell me not to have a treatment?
Yes. A consultation may end with a recommendation to wait, to consider an alternative, or that the requested treatment is not appropriate. That is part of the service.
Do you offer group or private events?
Private group events are available by request. Every guest still completes the required forms, speaks with Nada individually and provides informed consent — attendance never guarantees treatment.
